We aim to promote a whole farm approach to animal health, production and welfare, emphasising preventative medicine as the key to profitable, healthy livestock.

A milk vending machine is in operation dispensing full and semi skimmed options.

Our milk is pasteurised and skimmed on site, meaning we can go from grass to glass in zero miles, with no transportation emissions.  This is sold from our newly converted, accessible barn on the farm (our Farm Shop!).   We even stock a range of flavoured syrups for you to turn your milk into milkshake!  Alongside the milk, we have eggs available to purchase from our free-range hens (we have 115 on site), Elderflower cordial made from elderflowers growing on the farm and greeting cards designed by a very talented member of our teaching staff.

We have our own beehives up and running at Boltons Park Farm!  After a tricky start with new queens being introduced, we have one thriving colony of bees in our beautiful new beehive. Students and staff have attended beekeeping training sessions led by our brilliant local beekeeper.

With a strong colony going into winter, we should be able to harvest the honey next summer and will hopefully sell our very own Boltons Park Farm honey from the farm shop next year!  In the meantime, when stocks allow, we have some very local honey available.

If you live nearby or know anyone who does, please come and visit us. Our farm shop is open from 7.00am-7.00pm daily.
