English Language Proficiency
You must be able to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
If you are not exempt from proving your English language proficiency, you must take an test (from the British Council). You need to achieve an overall score of 7.0 with a minimum of 6.5 in each sub-test, and the test result must have been obtained within 2 years prior to the start-date of the course.
Our Clinical Training residences and internships also require applicants to be registered, or eligible to be registered, with the RCVS, and you would therefore additionally need to meet the .

- You have completed a recent degree qualification (NQF level 6 or above) equivalent to a UK degree in within the 2 years prior to the proposed date of enrolment.
- You have gained one of the following qualifications, which we accept as an equivalent of the IELTS-Academic test (This must have been obtained within 2 years prior to the start-date of the course):
